Scholarships are one of our greatest recruitment tools to attract the brightest minds to the School of Labor and Employment Relations. Over the past few years, the generosity of our alumni, donors, and corporate partners have significantly increased our scholarship awards, while reducing the financial burden of our students.
Weaver Family Scholarship
This year, we are excited to add the Weaver Family Scholarship for our MHRIR students. You can read more about Luke Weaver, MHRIR 09, and his motivation to establish their family’s scholarship here.
The Weaver Family Scholarship will be earmarked for students who have demonstrated dedication to their community and visible support of charitable causes. The Weavers hope to provide future LER students with the opportunity Luke had, helping them start the program successfully and eventually returning the favor to future students.
In the past year, we awarded $385,000 of scholarship funds to our students.
