Handshake is the recruiting management portal to access students and alumni in any college at the University of Illinois.

As an employer, you may post positions on the job board as well as manage on-campus recruiting activities from your Handshake account.

Set Up Your Account

First-time users need to set up an Employer account in the Handshake system. All registrants must be approved by an Illinois Career Service staff member. To expedite that approval process, contact the LER Career Services Office. Upon approval, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration along with instructions for setting up your account password.
