Raytheon, HR Leadership Development Program
The Raytheon Human Resources Development Program (HRLDP) Internship engages participants in a challenging 3-month assignment that is focused on developing business acumen and leadership skills while working in a variety of HR functions. The internship is designed to involve the participants in meaningful work that is directly connected to meeting business objectives. The HRLDP Internship program offers the opportunity to obtain broad exposure to our numerous HR functions including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Operations, Labor Relations, Compensation, Performance Development, and more. HRLDP Interns will learn how to partner with managers to execute critical HR processes that enable business success.
