Computer Issues
LER technology is supported by Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS). For issues related to the LER network, contact the AITS Service Desk.
If you have a virus or issues with your university email account, contact the Technology Services Help Desk.
Printing
Student printing at LER is handled by Technology Services at Illinois. A printer is available on the second floor outside room 247D. If you use the front stairwell to the second floor, turn right and the printer is on your left in that open space.
The LER office does not provide support for printing. If you have issues, please contact Technology Services.
