Brooke D’Urso

Brooke joined the School of Labor and Employment Relations in June 2019 after serving as an Office Support Specialist in New Student Programs at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In her previous role at LER, she supported career services and external relations by coordinating employer recruiting activities, assisting students with career-related resources, and managing the School’s front office operations.

Now serving as the Senior Assistant Director for School Administration & Operations, Brooke provides leadership for the School’s human resources and administrative operations, including payroll and leave administration, recruitment, HR compliance, front office operations, and facilities coordination. She partners with School leadership to develop efficient processes, support organizational needs, and ensure effective operations that serve faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
