Responsibilities
Design and annually teach undergraduate (2) and graduate (3) courses in the School of LER. Oversee course offerings and student progress in the undergraduate HR Certificate. Mentor and supervise graduate teaching assistants who teach a course in the undergrad HR Certificate.
Research Interests
Teacher hiring policies and practices, and sought teacher candidate traits in school districts (with focus on rural schools). Candidate fit within organizations and environments. Dr. Neighbors is also working on a career development theory focusing on career coaching practices.
