Research Interests
In addition to his appointment at LER, Brad Harris is an Associate Professor in the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and the Academic Director of the BNSF Neeley Leadership Program. Brad’s primary research and teaching interests center on team dynamics, leadership, and organizational entry/exit processes. To date, his work has been published in several leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and The Leadership Quarterly. Brad is currently an Associate Editor at Human Resource Management as well as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and serves on several editorial boards, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and the Journal of Management. His research has been featured in several leading popular press outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and NBC’s The Today Show.
