Christine Riordan
Research Interests
Changing nature of the employment relationship; restructuring of work; conflict in the employment relationship; industrial relations theory.
Professor Riordan’s research and teaching interests are grounded in industrial relations but also pertain to organizational theory and the sociology of work and occupations. She contributes to work that aims to build industrial relations theory with insights derived from micro- and macro-level organizational theory.

Brooke D'Urso
Brooke assists the Associate Director of Career and Student Services, Jason Boys, and the Associate Dean, Nell Madigan. She works with recruiters to schedule and plan information sessions and interview schedules. She also works with students to share upcoming events and protocols, and answer recruiting and career service policy questions.
Associate Director, Graduate Online Programs
Eden Haycraft
Eden serves as the primary contact for students pursuing our online MHRIR program, leading recruitment, admissions, and career and student services. She is also the contact person for employers interested in sending their HR employees to the LER online MHRIR program.
Office Support Associate
Michele Macaraeg
Michele supports Cory Hatfield with all activities related to advancement and alumni relations. Previously, Michele worked for almost ten years as a distribution supervisor for a logistics company that supported Mitsubishi Motors.
