Functional Description:

Being part of the HR team at PepsiCo requires that you help create a culture, which encourages teamwork, decision making and ownership of the business results. Our full-time HR Representatives are required to play a broad HR generalist role within a manufacturing, operations or sales client group. In partnership with the lead HR Manager or Director, the HR Representative takes an active role to help support an employee base of between 400 and 1,000 associates. You will have real responsibility day one serving in a broad HR role as a functional expert, business partner, and enabler for the organization through a strategic approach that leverages your academic knowledge and personal capabilities.

Synchrony’s Business Leadership Program (Full-Time) is a two-year, three-rotation program that will help you develop the skills needed to accelerate your career. As an AbbVie intern, you will participate in a paid, ten to twelve-week summer program, working on meaningful assignments that have a true impact on our business and patients. At DICK’S Sporting Goods, interns have the opportunity to work with and learn from the leaders of a growing Fortune 400 company. The program is composed of on-the-job training, mentorship, classroom instruction, cross-functional/departmental exposure and a capstone project and presentation. During the program, People and Purpose interns will partner with the broader People and Purpose Organization to understand teammates’ needs and develop value-add actionable solutions, tools, and resources.

Lastly, the interns will own and develop a final capstone project to present to senior leaders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide proposal of recommended changes to the current People & Purpose processes. Identify success measures of current processes & partner with HRBPs, learning team, and additional stakeholders to ensure content available for opportunity areas.
Introduction to Labor Relations and support to overseeing investigations. Partner with DC and Field Ops Teams for additional experience.
Work with COE team to understand what opportunities and future collaboration could be used cross-functionally and with the broader P&P Team.
Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
