I-Link FAQ

What is I-Link?

I-Link is the recruiting management software provided by the Career Services Community at the University of Illinois. It is the central login portal to access students and alumni in any of the colleges on campus. Employers may post positions on the job board as well as schedule and manage on-campus recruiting activities from their I-Link account.

We are part of the NACELink Network OneStop, as well as part of a Multi-School Environment (MSE) at the University of Illinois.

Employers who use NACELink at other campuses may use their same login and password to log into I-Link. They also may elect to post their position at multiple NACElink participating colleges and universities. While posting a position University of Illinois students and alumni is free of charge, NACElink does assess a fee to post at multiple colleges and universities.

The following career centers across campus are part of a Multi-School Environment (MSE): Agriculture, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences (ACES) Career Services, Business Career Services, School of Chemical Sciences Career Counseling and Placement Services, Engineering Career Services, Fine and Applied Arts Career Services, Labor and Employment Relations (LER) Career Services, Library and Information Science, Media Career Services, The Career Center, and the University of Illinois Alumni Career Center. This means that when you post through I-Link, your position is viewable by qualified students/alumni registered with any of the offices within the MSE. Please note however, that the offices DO NOT share On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) functions.
