Jason Boys is the new Director of Online Graduate Programs at the School of Labor and Employment Relations. In this role, he oversees recruitment, enrollment pipelines, student services, and strategic partnerships for the School’s online MHRIR and certificate programs.

He brings over a decade of experience in higher education, workforce development, and employer engagement. Most recently, he served as Senior Partnership Operations Specialist at Herzing University, where he managed enrollment and student services for more than 300 students annually across multiple online and hybrid programs, while also leading custom workforce training initiatives in collaboration with healthcare providers, school districts, and community organizations.

Previously, he was Director of Workforce Education at St. Petersburg College in Florida, where he developed and launched more than a dozen new industry certification programs in healthcare, IT, and skilled trades — including securing grant and partnership funding to establish a new electrical lineworker training center.

Jason is no stranger to LER, having earlier served as Associate Director of Career and Student Services. In that role, he supported the on-campus MHRIR program across an array of career services, student recruitment, and employer engagement functions.

He holds an M.A. in Communication from the University of New Mexico and a B.A. in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
