Dylan Bogash
Research Assistant
Dylan Bogash is a Research Assistant with the Climate Jobs Institute. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology with concentrations in sociocultural and linguistic analysis and an MHRIR from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign School of Labor and Employment Relations. Before joining CJI, she served as a Graduate Research Assistant with the ILR-LER Labor Action Tracker, contributing to national data collection and analysis of strike activity, employer tactics, and bargaining demands.
Her research examines worker voice and collective action in care-intensive and public-facing sectors confronting climate and economic restructuring. She is particularly interested in how the relational demands of care work shape workers’ strategies and public support in labor disputes, what these tensions reveal about the possibilities and limits of worker power in essential industries, and how environmental justice demands expand the terrain of collective bargaining.
In her free time, Dylan enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with friends, and live music.
