Career Highlights

Darin is the Founder and Managing Director of The Dynasty Study, a consulting firm that specializes in management and leadership systems (M&LS) for organization, team and professional development.  Founded in 2016, The Dynasty Study has partnered with major multi-national and public sector clients on M&LS transformations, from organization design to executive development.  Darin spent the first twelve years of his career in Consulting and HR leadership roles at General Electric and Emerson, while living and working in the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa.  Darin is also a member of the Faculty of Behavioural and Movement Sciences of the Vrije Universiteit – Amsterdam, where he conducts PhD research for the Department of Clinical and Development Psychology.

Personal

Darin lives in the Washington D.C. area with his wife Rawan (MHRIR 2005) and two sons Rayyan and Jude.
