Courtney joined the school in February 2023. Prior to coming to LER, she worked as a Business Assistant in the Dental field for the last 14 years.

She serves as the Office Manager for the School of Labor and Employment Relations. She provides support for the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, Cory Hatfield. She assists with the areas of alumni affairs and activities, individual, corporate and foundation fund-raising, and publications (online and print) that originate in the Development office.
