Career Highlights

• In her current role, Ms. Whiteman manages a global team of HR professionals and is responsible for setting and executing HR strategy including talent management, international labor, diversity and inclusion and executive coaching.
• Prior to Alcon, served as the Human Resources Manager for the Downstream Project and Technology business at Royal Dutch Shell.
• Joined Shell in 2006 and served in various HR roles supporting a variety of business units including Shell Brasil Petroleo, in Rio De Janeiro.
• Prior to Shell, spent three years at Ingersoll-Rand where she held several HR roles across their corporate office and manufacturing businesses.
• Currently serves as a committee member and volunteer with Girls Inc. Tarrant County.
