Brian has 17 years of Human Resources experience and currently works on targeted projects supporting both the HR function as well as the broader enterprise.

After starting as an intern with Flowserve in 2004, Brian held progressive leadership roles in the area of compensation and benefits — managing global programs for more than 16,000 employees across more than 55 countries — and completed expatriate assignments in Singapore and Japan. In addition, he has been the HR business partner for the Industrial Products Division and the Sales organizations. He has also managed the functional due diligence and integration of multiple international acquisitions for the company. Most recently, Brian  served as the Director, HR Data & Technology and managed a team including systems administration, data reporting and integrity, headcount management, project management, and strategic initiatives impacting the global HR organization.

Brian is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina and has also completed the General Course at the London School of Economics.
