Career Highlights

• As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Materion Corporation, Allen leads the global human capital strategy to ensure the company has the talent and organization capability to achieve its global growth goals. He is located at the Materion corporate headquarters in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
• Prior to his current role at Materion, Allen served as Vice President of Human Resources and Global Security Services for Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS).  In that role Allen was responsible for the development and execution of HR and Security strategies and initiatives for 15,000 employees worldwide.
• Before RMS, Allen worked various HR leadership roles for Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems, including Director of Human Resources for SAS Engineering.
• Allen also served as a corporate and labor law attorney with the firm of Maupin Taylor in North Carolina.
