Professional Highlights

• Adrienne founded AA3 Solutions LLC in 2019, an executive coach and consulting company.  There she is using her 20 years as a certified executive/leadership coach and HR business partner to help leaders at every level looking to improve their impact in organizations.
• Prior to this role, Adrienne worked for over 20 years as an HR professional in Lockheed Martin with experience as an HR business partner and senior leader to corporate groups, lines of business of up to $2.6B, and functions of up to 9000 employees.
•  She also held roles in compensation, HRIS, pre-employment, post-employment, international deployments, and EEO/AAP.

Personal

• Though currently residing in Maryland, alumni connections run deep, with four sisters having also graduated from the University of Illinois. She enjoys nature, amateur photography, and volunteering at her local food bank.
