Kim Ramsey is the President and Founder of The Executive Edge®, Inc., a niche national consulting firm that specializes in Talent Management which includes coaching executive leaders, their teams in reaching their full potential. She also works with executive teams in developing their organization’s human capital strategies and culture to achieve optimal business performance. She has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, executive coaching, executive team development, accelerated leadership development strategy, change management, organizational design, 360 degree feedback, mentoring, design of performance management systems and more. She routinely works with Fortune 500 clients and their executive teams to design and implement organizational and leadership development initiatives resulting in tangible business improvements. Prior to Kim’s experience with The Executive Edge, Inc., she held leadership roles in Executive Development, Leadership Development, Human Resources and/or Organizational Development for AT&T (formerly Ameritech), SONY, Tribune Company, ACNielsen, North America and Harris Corporation. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Talent Management at the University of Illinois School of Labor and Employee Relations – Master’s Program for Human Resources Management.
