Multicultural Student Association

The Multicultural Student Association (MSA) seeks to bridge cultural gaps in the LER community and make diversity a key topic in human resources and industrial relations.

Top Priorities

  • Coordinating with the University’s Office of Equal Opportunity and Access (OEOA).
  • Creating a mentor/buddy system to partner incoming students, especially international students, with second- and third-semester students.
  • Hosting monthly dinners and events, featuring guest speakers on topics such as diversity in the workplace, dispute resolution, working and living abroad, etc.
  • Holding a Diversity Forum featuring various companies and organizations.

How to Get Involved

All LER students are considered members of this organization, and there is no membership fee. Please contact any officer if you have questions or would like to get involved.

Join us on Facebook. Details of all upcoming events will be posted on the Facebook page, as well as on the MSA bulletin board.
