Collaborative. Inclusive. Responsive to the Market.
This is LER.
The School of Labor & Employment Relations at the University of Illinois is one of the world’s premier programs of labor and employment relations.
An engaged alumni group – recruiting and hiring our students, participating and presenting LER Webinars, serving on the alumni board, supporting LER with annual donations – is a strong part of the LER culture.
With your support, LER will continue to distinguish ourselves as a premier labor and employment relations program. In the last year, gifts to LER Annual Fund bolstered student scholarships by more than $5,000, allowed LER to recruit top students to the program nationally, and brought more than 50 speakers to the classrooms, sharing their real-world experiences with current students.
