Shuai Wang, MHRIR 2017 Fall, currently works as an Organization Development Specialist at Tencent- Interactive Entertainment Group in China. He earned his bachelor’s degree of management at Beijing Normal University. He gained diverse experience in HR and consulting through internships with Volkswagen, Mercer and Tencent. During his study at LER, he secured an HR business partner internship with Tencent, where he was ultimately offered a fulltime position. In this role, Shuai is currently responsible for the process of appointment or dismissal of the management level and organizational change management, annual organization and talent reviews, and industrial research related to game and E-Sports.
After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Madras, Priithy worked in Human Resources in the Automotive Industry in India for three years. She will join Cummins Inc. this summer in Neillsville, Wisconsin for an HR internship.
I decided to enroll in LER because of its expertise and impeccable reputation in the field of HR. It’s been one of the best and truly life-changing decisions I have ever made. Each day spent at LER is an enriching learning experience and I am very excited about my upcoming internship.
Itan joined LER program after she found her passion in human resource management during two years’ post-undergrad work experience. Having experience in adjusting to new cultural environments, she is aware of the struggles and challenges people may encounter entering new workplaces and is enthusiastic about developing talented employees. This summer, she will join the TSMC, the world’s largest dedicated semiconductor foundry, as a HR intern in the recruiting department.
Yufei Meng earned a Master’s Degree of Human Resources and Industrial Relations in 2018.
She became passionate about HR during an internship with Intel while completing her undergraduate studies at Beijing Normal University. While in the MHRIR program, she completed an HR business partner internship with at Bytedance in Los Angeles and recently accepted a fulltime Human Resources Development Program position with DOW Chemical in Shanghai.. Yufei started first rotation in the program in Compensation & Benefits in February and her main responsibility supporting employee benefit programs in APAC countries.
I’m excited to start a new journey with DOW and am thankful to LER for helping me become more professional!
