Mark joined TransUnion in January of 2018. As a cross-functional member of the US Sales, Digital Marketing & Operations, and Financial Services Leadership teams, he is charged with setting the human capital strategy and defining the core set of HR initiatives for these teams.
With close to 15 years of progressive global HR experience, Mark has successfully led change initiatives such as global reorganizations and integration of key acquisitions and has led the talent planning and performance management processes for global teams.
Before joining TransUnion, Mark held HR roles increasing in responsibility at Young Innovations, HAVI Group and then Hill-Rom. In these roles, he supported global client groups in manufacturing, global sourcing, engineering, sales, marketing, and corporate functions. Early in his career, while at Young Innovations, Mark managed a small sales team and called on several million dollar accounts as a key account executive to gain cross-functional business expertise outside of HR.
