Current Responsibilities

As Associate Director, CHRM Jean manages the research process for CHRM award funding, markets the center, and coordinates educational conferences for corporate partners.  Jean also manages the Illinois HR Excellence Certificate program including managing instructor staffing, student matriculation, and open enrollment.

Past Work Experience

Prior to joining LER, Jean was an HR Consultant for Ady and Associates.  She conducted HR audits, job analyses, and career counseling in addition to writing employment policies, job descriptions, and resumes.  Jean also previously served as an academic advisor for the former College of Liberal Arts & Sciences General Curriculum Center now, the Center for Advising and Academic Services Division of General Studies.
